CAN I BOOK AN INTAKE SESSION?

Yes, you can book a complimentary 30 minute session to review your needs and goals by clicking "Book Our Services" in the top right corner of the Home page or by scrolling down to the listing of "Our Services" During the intake session, we will suggest the services best suited for you.

WHAT ARE YOUR FEES?

The hourly rate for an individual session is $125. Rates for group sessions, bootcamps, and other workshops start as low as $299/package.

WHAT IS COACHING?

Coaching involves us working closely with you to understand your challenges and goals and then offering information, tools, resources, and customized recommendations to position you well for personal success! We offer practical and innovative approaches in a spirit of collaboration, compassion, and respect.
